An American In Paris

A professional cook and baker for the majority of his adult life, David Lebovitz was one of the San Francisco's most successful and award winning pastry chefs. Lebovitz left the restaurant business in 1999 to pursue cookbook writing full time.

After the unexpected death of his partner in 2002 Lebovitz moved to Paris where he spends most of his time tinkering in his kitchen creating new and delicious recipes. He has written seven books including The Sweet Life in Paris

Lebovitz is also somewhat of a social media butterfly with a highly successful and award winning blog, Twitter account, and YouTube channel, where he posts recipes, musings on life as an American in Paris, and tours of some of his favourite Parisian spots.
